1. Introduction

Welcome to VEENTAN official website. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to, browsing of, account registration on, and order placement through our store, and apply to all our TA1 pure titanium and titanium alloy tableware, drinkware, kitchen utensils, and outdoor EDC goods.

By visiting our website, registering an account, or completing payment for any order, you fully acknowledge and accept all clauses set forth below. If you disagree with any term, please cease using our website immediately.

Shipping, returns, refunds, and personal data handling are governed by our separate policies: Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, respectively. In the event of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email (if you have an account with us) or through a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Minor revisions—such as typographical corrections or clarifications—take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

 

2. Account & User Obligations

You must provide true, complete, and accurate personal contact and recipient information when registering an account or placing orders.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials. All orders placed under your account shall be your sole liability.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal transactions, fraud, or fake order brushing

  • Intellectual property infringement

  • Any other acts violating international trade laws or applicable regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account upon confirmation of any violation. Repeated malicious returns or unreasonable complaints may also result in account access restrictions.

 

3. Product & Pricing Rules

All product photographs, dimensions, and parameter descriptions on our website are for reference only. The following shall not be recognized as manufacturing defects:

  • Minor color differences resulting from screen display variations

  • ±1–3mm deviations from manual measurements

  • Natural texture variations inherent to handcrafted titanium

  • For anodized titanium items, slight color variations between batches—which are inherent to the electrochemical process and do not constitute defects

All listed retail prices exclude international shipping fees, import duties, VAT, and local customs clearance charges. All cross-border taxes shall be borne by buyers, as specified in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of successful payment shall be the final settlement price of your order.

Custom engraved titanium goods are personalized products; order cancellation is not supported once production commences. Full return and refund limits for custom items are detailed in our Return Policy.

 

4. Payment Specifications

An order is valid only after we receive full payment. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 72 hours without prior notice.

We support secure payment channels including PayPal and major credit cards. All payment data is processed via encrypted third-party providers. We do not store your complete card or payment account credentials.

Please double-check product model, quantity, and recipient information before payment. Modifications to item specifications, shipping address, or engraving content cannot be processed once the order enters production.

 

5. Limited Product Warranty

All VEENTAN titanium products come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date you receive your parcel. This warranty applies to structural integrity and workmanship.

Covered under warranty:

  • Weld defects

  • Raw material flaws

  • Production processing errors affecting normal use

Not covered under warranty:

  • Scratches, dents, corrosion, or breakage caused by user drops, improper cleaning, prolonged outdoor abrasion, or deliberate damage

  • Lost items

  • Surface finish (including anodized colors): natural wear and fading over time are not covered, as they result from normal use

We offer paid repair services for out-of-warranty damage. Buyers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs for warranty or repair orders.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, product photographs, logos, brand designs, and product shapes displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of VEENTAN.

No individual or entity may copy, capture, reproduce, or use our materials for commercial purposes without our written authorization. We will pursue full legal compensation for all infringement acts.

 

7. Liability Limitation

Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part, the maximum compensation limit for any disputed order shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

VEENTAN shall not be liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, schedule delays, or incidental expenses caused by normal product texture differences or logistics fluctuations beyond our reasonable control.

 

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for arbitration, in accordance with its rules in effect at the time. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

For consumers residing in the European Union: You may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, in accordance with applicable local consumer protection laws.
